What you play on

Grand Wild sits outside the Belgian framework, which translates into a broader catalogue: a broad slot selection, live tables and crypto payments. The wider catalogue costs you the Belgian protection.

What sets a Belgian hall apart are the dice games: open The Safe, Dice Spinner, Mystery Box, no other country knows this category in this shape.

Playing legally in Belgium

Grand Wild operates without a Belgian licence. Grandwild belongs to the 900-odd addresses on the black list.

EPIS does not work here, and neither does the statutory ceiling. A self-set limit is your only brake here. What goes wrong is settled outside the Belgian framework.

Player protection in numbers

The Belgian legislator approaches player protection more strictly than most of its neighbours and you feel it on the first deposit. On any licensed site the weekly limit defaults to €200.

EPIS is the Gaming Commission's central exclusion system: the exclusion applies instantly across the whole licensed landscape. Reversing it is not immediate. The bar has stood at 21 since 1 September 2024, lottery aside; lottery products are the exception at 18. The bar is statutory, not a house rule.

On payments, Belgium leaves little choice: bancontact and Bancontact Pay cover nearly every deposit, with a bank transfer as the only way out. Payconiq by Bancontact was renamed Bancontact Pay in March 2026.

Bancontact Pay allows €1500 per payment, with €2500 as the daily limit. The money is available at once; on your account it usually appears after one to three banking days, plus the time the operator itself takes to process the request.

Signup, KYC and support

Opening an account varies little: correct personal details and an identity check ahead of the first payout. An ID document and an address document will be requested.

Support quality varies, and any conflict is settled on the operator's terms. Set the transaction e-mails aside; in a conflict those are the only pieces of evidence with weight.

FAQ

Does Bancontact work here?

Yes, by card or app. The payout then runs by bank transfer. Keep the confirmation e-mail of every deposit. Always pay from an account in your own name.

What is EPIS?

EPIS is the central register — registering is enough to stay out everywhere at once. Relatives can, in certain cases, file a request. Registration runs through the Gaming Commission.

May Grand Wild operate in Belgium?

No, Grand Wild does not appear in the Belgian licence register. The regulator keeps both lists current. Do not take the site's own word for it.

Can I play from 18?

From 21. The bar rose in September 2024, only the lottery stayed at 18. This is verified at registration. This is not a guideline but a statutory limit.
